Kindly review our policy before booking an appointment:

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time. You will still be charged the full price for the services booked.
  • All appointments require a 50% deposit immediately after booking.
  • Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the total loss of the deposit.
  • All cancellations must be made via WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
  • Kindly come alone for your appointment. No extra guests, as our waiting area is quite small.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.
  • No refunds on products.
  • Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult, who must sign a consent form.
  • Treatments at Enhance Aesthetics are at the client’s own risk.
  • Enhance Aesthetics will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any property of the clients.
  • Kindly put your phone on silent, as it may disturb other clients.
