Kindly review our policy before booking an appointment:
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time. You will still be charged the full price for the services booked.
- All appointments require a 50% deposit immediately after booking.
- Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the total loss of the deposit.
- All cancellations must be made via WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
- Kindly come alone for your appointment. No extra guests, as our waiting area is quite small.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.
- No refunds on products.
- Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult, who must sign a consent form.
- Treatments at Enhance Aesthetics are at the client’s own risk.
- Enhance Aesthetics will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any property of the clients.
- Kindly put your phone on silent, as it may disturb other clients.
